You can simply pair your old android phone with a security camera in your home or at your doorstep and always keep an eye at your home while you are away. You can also use it as a camera monitor to check who is there on the door while someone rings the doorbell this is another effective way to use your old android phone.
 
5.       Make it an E book
 
    This is one of the best ideas for those book readers out there as e-books could be a lot to contain in your one phone. You can use your android phone as a Kindle and bring together all the e-books in it and read it while you travel or wherever you are. You can gather as many books you want as this phone will be dedicated to all the e-books you are looking forward to download. You can also download audiobooks and listen to them.
  
6.       Sell it
 
Last but not least is this option which is very popular. You can simply sell your old android mobile phone to anyone from your contact list. You can also register online with a website or online portal to sell your mobile phone from wherever you are and also quote for your desired price if the condition of your phone is approving both internally and externally. You can simply sell your mobile phone and earn some money.
